Service Rates & Insurance
For service rates, please contact us directly
Portee OT is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice and receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is recommend to check with your insurance company about coverage details, including session limits and reimbursement percentages for occupational therapy sessions. While Portee OT cannot guarantee reimbursement, all necessary documentation needed will be provided.

Please Note:
To request insurance reimbursement, a prescription from your child’s doctor (e.g., pediatrician, neurologist, or neuropsychologist) is required. If you choose not to use insurance or if Portee OT is out-of-network, you do not need a prescription and will be considered a Private Pay client.
Private Pay clients are responsible for paying out-of-pocket and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
